A team from the Family and Youth Conference planning committee of the Northeast American Diocese of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church visited St. Andrew Malankara Orthodox Church, Long Island, NY on November 11, 2024. The Conference team consisted of Jaison Thomas (Conference Secretary), John Thamaravelil  (Conference Treasurer), Philip Thankachan (Finance Coordinator), Jaicy T. John (Souvenir Chief Editor), Sherin Abraham (Joint Secretary), Angelina Joshua (Registration and Entertainment), Keziah Abraham (Media and Entertainment), and Jeremiah George (Media and Entertainment).

Rev. Fr. Daniel Mathai introduced the Conference team to the congregation. Jaison Thomas outlined the mission and vision of the conference, highlighted the convenience of the location, and encouraged attendance. John Thamaravelil provided registration details, while Philip Thankachen shared information about sponsorship opportunities. Keziah Abraham spoke about the Entertainment night, which will take place on the second day of the Conference, and invited participation. The FYC team is grateful for the tremendous support received from the church through numerous sponsorships and same-day registrations.
